Received from the publisher for review.

The book boasted lots of yummy sounding recipes that were made with quality, often exotic ingredients. The recipes are not for the faint of heart though, as some can be quite complex.

This one gets three stars. Had the recipes been a bit less exotic it would have been four stars. The book was over sized, but not unwieldy. The pages were a beautiful, thick paper, as decadent as the recipes they host. The retro feel of the text and artwork were in interesting departure from the usual cookbook. This would certainly make a lovely gift for a chocolate loving, experienced cook.
